Teaching experience
Have been working with the students from all over the world, from beginners to 2400+ players, from youngsters to very experienced people.
Best skills
Personalized approach. You have to understand what's your biggest weaknesses and how to get rid of them!
Flexibility. Not everyone can spend 3 hours daily on chess, and I understand that, so we pace our lessons accordingly.
Psychology. A seriously underrated subject, right mindset might be a game-changer.

Teaching methodology
In my opinion, the best way to become stronger is to improve skills, not to gain a lot of knowledge!
You really DON'T NEED SO MUCH OPENINGS KNOWLEDGE till you reach really high level)
Improvement is tough, but it has to be a satisfying process, life's too short)
