i have 200mbps good internet connection in the Philippines right now, but I got 500-600ms ping which is very high. i can't even start a single game normally and it kept disconnected whenever i play
before i only got 200-250 ms which makes lichess very fast in general. please fix. @thibault

Why would a different DNS [server] matter? Once the names are cached locally, the server isn't used.

I've tried everything but I still got 400ms and still high. With other websites, I could go browsing without having problems and only here in lichess
Hi - I am in Singapore on a 1GBps connection, getting 800-900mbps download and upload speed, but for the last week, ping to lichess is 400-600, and bullet games lag horribly, and are unplayable. Has there been some lichess cloud server change affecting South East Asia?

Download winmtr and put in lichess.org
this will show you every step your connection takes to reach lichess
post the results here
